Caregiver’s 30 Days of Thanksgiving : Day 29

sarahlhn

Grateful for friends and family who journey with me. They were praying for my this family member.

Together they rejoice to know the diagnosis as benign.

So glad that I am not journeying alone.

You are not alone. You don't have to feel isolated or choose to isolate yourself in order not to burden others.

Even a cancer diagnosis should be shared. As I share, I open up my vulnerability and show others that I too struggle and willing to accept help.

I must be humble to know that I cannot do it all and caregiving should not be done by one person.

Such warmth I felt from a community of supporters encourage my heart to press on.

Thank you my family and friends. Just as Kim Woo Bin survived his nasopharyngeal cancer, he also thank his family and friends/fan for the support for him.

Let us be thriving caregivers.
