Good day and Happy New Year to all my readers and caregivers. Grateful that the year 2022 has ended and a new year has arrived.

A fresh new start, a new added strength. Even as I browse through the Instagram and reminisce a old picture of an egg drawn in 2017, what is one thing that you reminisce with your loved one that you care for?

What is your new hope and wish for this new year?

Mine: I wish for my mother is that she can continue to be able to enjoy her food and listening to music in 2023, have a good quality of life living with dementia.

What about you?

Pen it down and you may review it in 2 months time.

Let us be thriving caregivers.
